Reports to

Lead Consultant

 

Job purpose

Assist the Lead Consultant in achieving administrative tasks in preparation for trainings, projects and general services in operations. This person will be able to shadow the Lead Consultant in all activities and on occasion, and occasional out of town trips

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Good organizational skills - filing, scheduling appointments
  • Good communication skills – telephone and email etiquette
  • Be able to take good notes and produce reports on events and activities

 

Qualifications 

  • Diploma
  • Good typing skills
  • Knowledgeable of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable of at least one local language

Working conditions 

Be able to travel outside Lusaka
